Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel Meliksetyan, an individual developer based in Yerevan, Armenia, operating the Verdio app under the name "Verdio" ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Verdio app and related services (the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Who this is for

Verdio is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information we collect

How we use your information

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Services we share it, only as needed, with third-party service providers that process it on our behalf:

We can provide the identity of our current service providers on request. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

Why we are allowed to use it (legal bases)

If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. By using the Services you understand your information is transferred to and processed there.

Where your information is transferred out of the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK equivalent) with the service providers involved, so that your data keeps an equivalent level of protection. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

How long we keep it

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live — in particular in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland — you also have the right to:

To exercise any of these, contact us at danmeliksetyan4141@gmail.com. We answer within one month. You will not be charged, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

We make no automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Verdio's verdicts are advice you asked for, not decisions taken about you.

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first — but you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In the EEA you can find yours via the European Data Protection Board; in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
