Refund Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

14-day refund

If you bought Verdio Pro and have not used any verdicts in the current billing cycle, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that payment. We refund to the original payment method, and the refund ends your Pro access.

If you have already used verdicts

Once you have spent verdicts in a cycle, that cycle is not refundable — the work has been delivered. You can still cancel at any time: cancelling stops all future charges, and your Pro features keep working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not pro-rate part-months.

EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. Where you have started using the service in that period, that right may be limited under consumer law; the 14-day refund above is offered on the terms described and does not reduce any right you have by law.

Duplicate or accidental charges

Contact us and we will refund any duplicate or clearly accidental charge in full, regardless of usage or the 14-day window.

How to request one

Email danmeliksetyan4141@gmail.com from the address on your Verdio account, or use Contact us in the app's Settings. Tell us which charge you mean; we aim to reply within a few business days. Payments made on the web are processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider, and refunds are issued through them, so the credit appears on the statement line for that payment.

Purchases made through Google Play

In-app purchases made on Android are billed by Google, not by us. Those follow Google Play's refund process — request them through Google Play, or contact us and we will help where we can.

Free plan

The free plan involves no payment, so nothing to refund.
